Same Club Different Shot Concentration Range Drill
PROBLEM: Inconsistency on the Course
Improving consistency often has to do with improving concentration.
In order to help improve your concentration, hit some balls at the practice range where, even though you're using the same club on each swing, you have to hit a different kind of shot with each swing.
For instance, hit a low -cut shot with your first swing, a punch shot with your next swing, a high draw with your third shot, and so on.
This will force you to concentrate on every swing.

Imaginary Course Drill
PROBLEM: Inconsistency on the Course
To improve your consistency on the course, play simulated holes on the practice range.
For instance, tell yourself you're standing on the tee of a 410-yard hole, and then hit your drive.
If you hit your drive 240 yards, that would leave you with a 170-yard approach shot.
In this instance, take whatever club you normally use to hit 170 yards, and hit it.
If you hit it well, move on to the next simulated hole. If you hit it poorly, take out whatever club you think you would need to put the ball on the green, and hit it.
Continue in this manner for 9 or 18 holes.
This will get you used to hitting a different club on each shot and help you to be more consistent.
